Location

Grandview Properties is located along the West Arm of Kootenay Lake in the West Kootenays of British Columbia. We are located in the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK). The RDCK is the local municipality governing body for the West Kootenays.

The West Kootenays extends between the cities of Grand Forks to the west, Creston to the south and Nakusp to the north. Kootenay Lake itself is located along the eastern edge of the West Kootenays. The East and West Kootenays are divided by the north-south running Purcell Mountain Range.

The cities of Nelson, Castlegar and Trail are the major cities of the West Kootenays. Grandview Properties overlooks Sunshine Bay of the West Arm, and is located between Nelson and Balfour.
